Before creating a landing page in Mailchimp, you need to first create an Audience.

On your Mailchimp dashboard, go to Audience on the left panel and select Audience Dashboard.
Next, Click on Manage Audience then select View Audiences at the bottom of the list.
On the Audiences page, Click the create new audience button at the top right corner.
Fill in the necessary information on this page and click the Save button.
